How To Add Converse On Google Chat

  1. Open your Google Chat application.
  2. Go to the Apps section and click on Find an App.
  3. Search for Bsharp Converse in the search bar.
  4. Click Add to add Converse into your chat or space.

Now you're all set to start using Converse directly within Google Chat!

Reminders and Notifications

To manage notifications, go to your settings in Converse and customize your preferences. You can also manage all bot activity and notifications from the bot setup page in Converse.


Onboarding Your Team with Google Chat

Onboarding your team to Converse is a breeze!

  1. After signing up as an admin, you’ll receive a card in your Google Chat or space, with a Join Now button that your teammates can click to join Converse.
  2. You can also share a link with teammates who might not be in the space, so they can join directly.

Once your teammates join, they’ll have full access to all Converse features right from Google Chat!

To allow teammates to automatically join without needing your approval, ensure the setting 'Allow users of the same domain to join automatically' is enabled.

Complete Your Profile: Add Your Number

  1. Log into Bsharp Converse and on the Feed page.

  2. Go to the profile section (top right).

  3. And add your number in the Profile section.

How to Launch and Access Learning Modules via WhatsApp

  1. Once the learning module is assigned to your users and published.
  2. Click the 3 dots next to the module.

3. Select 'Send WhatsApp'.

4. On the Content Launch WhatsApp Communication page, click Send.

Learner's view:

5. A notification of the learning module will be sent the user's WhatsApp.

6. The learner can click on "Learn Now" and access the module with an OTP Log-in.

Access Converse WhatsApp Bot

  1. Open WhatsApp and message the bot with 'Hi' or 'Help'.
  2. Click on 'View Courses' to access all your assigned learning modules.

3. From here you can either 'Find your latest course' or 'Search for a course'

4. Click 'Your latest courses' and will see all the learning modules assigned to you.

5. The Learner will receive a link to complete the learning module.
