The Birthday feature in Employee Engagement allows organizations to automatically or manually celebrate employees’ birthdays by posting birthday wishes on the Feed. This helps create a positive workplace culture and makes employees feel valued and recognized on their special day.

Birthday Post – A Feed post created to celebrate an employee’s birthday.

Recipient (@Mention) – The employee whose birthday is being celebrated.

Media Attachments – Images, badges, or certificates added to birthday posts.

Values – Organizational values linked to the birthday post.

A: No. Once a birthday post is published, it cannot be edited.
Q: Can multiple employees be tagged in one birthday post?
A: Yes. You can tag multiple employees using @ Recipient in the same birthday post.
