The Birthday feature in Employee Engagement allows organizations to automatically or manually celebrate employees’ birthdays by posting birthday wishes on the Feed. This helps create a positive workplace culture and makes employees feel valued and recognized on their special day.

Birthday Post– A Feed post created to celebrate an employee’s birthday.Recipient (@Mention)– The employee whose birthday is being celebrated.Copilot– Helps reframe birthday messages in different tones.Media Attachments– Images, badges, or certificates added to birthday posts.Values– Organizational values linked to the birthday post.Feed– The place where birthday wishes are published and viewed.

Q: Can multiple employees be tagged in one birthday post?A: Yes. You can tag multiple employees using @ Recipient in the same birthday post.
