1. Overview

The Post feature in Bsharp Converse allows admins, L&D teams, and managers to share short messages with employees through the Feed. Posts can be used to communicate congratulatory notes, announcements, motivational messages, recognitions, or general updates, with support for media, tagging, values, and AI-assisted text refinement.

2. When to Use This?

Use Posts when you want to:

  • Share quick announcements or updates with all or selected employees.

  • Congratulate or recognize individuals or teams without creating a formal badge or certificate.

  • Post motivational quotes or informative messages to keep employees engaged.

  • Create lightweight engagement content such as polls, images, or recognitions.

3. Concepts

  • Feed – The central timeline where all posts are published and visible to users.

  • Post Composer – The text input area where the post content is written.

  • Copilot – AI assistant used to reframe the post content (Formal, Polite, Cheerful).

  • Recipient (@mention) – Used to tag specific users in a post.

  • Hashtags (#) – Keywords added to categorize and discover posts.

  • Values – Organizational values (e.g., Ethics, Learning) associated with a post.

  • Media Attachments – Image, Badge, Certificate, or Poll added to a post.

  • Search & Filter – Tools to find posts by date, author, tagged users, or activity type.

4. Setup Guide

Step 1: Open the Feed
  1. Click the Menu (☰).

  2. Select Feed.


Step 2: Write a Post
  1. Click inside the Write a post… text box.

  2. Enter your message (congratulatory, motivational, informative, or announcement).


Step 3: Refine the Message Using Copilot (Optional)
  1. Click Copilot.

  2. Choose the tone:

    • Formal

    • Polite

    • Cheerful

  3. Review the rephrased message and apply it to the post.


Step 4: Add Mentions, Hashtags, and Values
  1. Click @ Recipient to tag one or more users (for example, mentioning an employee being congratulated).

  2. Click # hashtags to add keywords for easier discovery.

  3. Click Values and select the relevant value (such as Ethics or Learning) the post represents.


Step 5: Add Attachments (Optional)

From the attachment options below the post editor, you can add:

  • Image – Upload or attach an image to the post.

  • Badge – Recognize employees with a badge.

  • Certificate – Attach a certificate for recognition.

  • Poll – Create a poll to collect employee opinions or feedback.


Step 6: Publish the Post
  1. Review the content and attachments.

  2. Click Post to publish it to the Feed.


Step 7: Search and Filter Posts (Optional)
  1. Use Search for @mention to find posts related to a specific user.

  2. Click Filter to refine results by:

    • Date range

    • Posted by

    • Who’s tagged

    • Activities

  3. Click Apply filter to view matching posts.

5. User View

  • On the Home page, users see a Posts section.

  • At the top, they may see a Write a post… box to create a post (if they have permission).

  • Below this, recent posts are displayed in a card format.

  • Each post shows:

    • The message or recognition text

    • The name of the person mentioned (if any)

    • When the post was shared

  • If the post includes an image, badge, certificate, or poll, it appears inside the post card.

  • Any selected Values (for example, Going above and beyond) are shown at the bottom of the post.

  • Users can scroll to view older posts and updates.

6. Best Practices & Tips

  • Keep posts short and clear for better engagement.

  • Use Copilot to maintain consistent tone across communications.

  • Tag users directly when recognizing individuals or teams.

  • Use Values to align posts with organizational culture.

  • Add polls sparingly to encourage interaction without overwhelming users.

7. Troubleshooting / FAQs

Post not visible in Feed
→ Ensure the post was successfully published and not left in draft.

Unable to tag a user
→ Verify the user exists in the system and spelling is correct.

Search shows no results
→ Adjust filters or clear filters and retry the search.
