1. Overview

The PostFeed feature in Bsharp Converse is a central space where users can create and interact with posts. It allows admins, L&D teams,admins and managers to share shortmessages, messages withrecognize employees throughusing the Feed. Posts can be used to communicate congratulatory notes, announcements, motivational messages, recognitions,badges or generalcertificates, updates,conduct with support for media, tagging, values,polls, and AI-assistedengage textusers refinement.through comments and reactions. The Feed supports day-to-day communication and employee engagement activities such as birthdays, achievements, and work anniversaries.

2. When to Use This?

Use Posts when you want to:

4. Setup Guide

StepCreate 1:a Open the FeedPost
  1. Click the Menumenu (☰)bar.

  2. Select Feed. from the left navigation panel.


Step 2: Write a Post
  1. Click inside the Write a post… text box.

  2. Enter your message (congratulatory,for motivational,example, informative,a congratulatory or announcement)informational message).


Step 3: Refine the Message UsingUse Copilot (Optional)

  1. Click Copilot.

  2. Choose how you want the tone:message reframed:

    • Formal

    • Polite

    • Cheerful

Review the       rephrased

message

Add Mentions and applyMetadata it to the post.(Optional)


Step 4: Add Mentions, Hashtags, and Values
  1. Click @ Recipient to tagmention one or more usersusers.

  2. Add # hashtags to categorize the post.

  3. Select Values (for example, mentioningEthics anor employeeLearning).

Give a Badge (Two Ways)

Way 1: Using the Badge Button

  1. Click Badge below the post text box.

  2. Select the recipient.

  3. Choose the badge.

  4. Enter a message (use Copilot if needed).

  5. Click #OK, hashtagsthen click Post.

Way 2: From Write a Post

  1. Click inside Write a post….

  2. Select the Badge tooption.

Give a Certificate (Two Ways)

Way 1: Using the Certificate Button

  1. Click Certificate below the post text box.

  2. Select the recipient.

  3. Choose the certificate.

  4. Enter the reason or message.

  5. Click ValuesOK, then click Post.

Way 2: From Write a Post

  1. Click inside Write a post….

  2. Select Certificate.

  3. Fill in certificate details and select the relevant value (such as Ethics or Learning) the post represents.post.

      • Use Search for& @mentionFilter to findtrack posts related to a specific user.posts.

        • Who’s tagged

          • Birthday

      • Click Apply filter to view matching posts.

    • OnPosts appear on the Home page, users see a Posts section.

    • Atunder the top,Posts they may see a Write a post…section box to create a post (if they have permission).
