1. Overview

The Learning of the Day (LOTD) Report provides avisibility comprehensiveinto viewdaily oflearning learnerparticipation, participationknowledge gaps, and knowledge trendsmastery for dailyLearning learningof content.the ItDay helps organizations understand how consistently learners engagetopics, with LOTD,insights identifyavailable knowledgeat gaps,company, measure mastery levels,team, and compareuser participationlevels acrossbased time,on teams, and individual users.

This report supports data-driven decisions for improving daily learning effectiveness, content relevance, and learner engagement.access.

2. When to Use

  • UseWhen theyou want to understand how users are engaging with Learning of the Day Report when you want to:

    • Monitor overall participation in daily learning initiativestopics.

    3. Concepts

    • Time Range Filter: Controls the period for which Learning of the Day (LOTD)data is displayed.

    • Topic Selection:: DailyFilters learningthe contentreport deliveredby toa usersspecific Learning of the Day topic.

    • User Selection: Allows viewing data for a specific user where applicable.

    • Attribute Filter: Narrows data using attributes such as designation, department, country, coach, trainer, manager, state, or city.

    • Participation Visualization:: NumberGraphical view of usersLearning whoof attendedthe orDay consumedparticipation LOTDtrends.

    • Knowledge GapsGaps:: AreasIdentifies topics where learners show lowerlow masteryunderstanding.

    • Time Range: Period selected to view learning activity

    • Attributes: User metadata such as designation, department, location, or reporting hierarchyunderstanding.

    4. Set Up Guide

    1. TheOpen the main navigation menu.

    2. Navigate to the Reports section.

    3. Select Learning of the Day under Reports.

    4. Choose the required time range from the date filter options, including predefined ranges or Custom dates.

    5. Select the required topic to view Learning of the Day Reportdata canfor bethat accessed from:

      Menu → Reports → Learning of the Day → Learning of the Day Report

      Once opened, the report is organized into three tabs based on access level:

      • Companytopic.

      • TeamSelect a specific user if user-level filtering is required.

      a. Time Range Selection

      The report allows analysis across multiple time periods, including:

      • This Weekattributes.

      • LastSelect WeekAttribute Filter and add filters such as designation, department, country, coach, trainer, manager, state, or city.

      • This Quarter

      • Last Quarter

      • Last 6 Months

      • Last 12 Months

      • Custom date range (from dateApply to till date)

      The selected time range controls all data shown in the report.

      b. Topic Selection

      You can filterupdate the report by one or more LOTD topics to analyze participation and learning trends for specific content areas.

      c. User Selection

      The report supports filtering by individual users to view learning participation and trends at a user level.

      d. Attribute Filter

      Attribute filters allow deeper segmentation of data based on userselected properties such as:

      • Designationfilters.

      • Department

      • Country

      • Coach Email

      • Trainer Email

      • Manager Email

      • State

      • City

      Applying attribute filters updates all report sections based on the selected criteria.

      e. Learning of the Day Participation

      This section shows participation trends using visual representations (graph and chart views).
      It reflects how many users attended LOTD over the selected time period.

      f. Knowledge Insights Sections

      The report includes the following analytical sections:

      • Top 7 Knowledge Gaps – highlights areas where learners struggle most

      • Top 7 Knowledge Mastery – highlights areas with strong learner understanding

      • Detailed Knowledge Gaps – granular view of gap areas

      • Detailed Knowledge Mastery – detailed mastery breakdown

      These sections help identify learning priorities and content effectiveness.

    5. User View

    Admins can view Company Tab

    • Visible to, AdminTeam, usersand User

      Showson aggregatedaccess.
      Managers, learningtrainers, dataand acrossmentors can view the entire organization

    • Includes all filters, participation trends, and knowledge insights

    Team Tab

    • Visible only to users who have Manager, Trainer, or Mentor access

    • Displays learning data for users mapped under the respective team

    • Structure and sections remainwith the same asreport the Company tab, butstructure scoped to thetheir team

    6. Reporting

    • Learning of the Day Report: Shows participation trends, top knowledge gaps, top knowledge mastery, and detailed views for each.

    • The report is accessible from Reports → Learning of the Day Report helps stakeholders:

      • Measure consistency of daily learning participation.

      Who can see the Team tab?
      TheOnly users assigned as managers, trainers, or mentors can view the Team tab is visible only if you have Manager, Trainer, or Mentor access.

      Q: Why can’t users see Company-level data?
      Company-level data is restricted to Admin users only.tab.
