User Journey Report

1. Overview

The User Journey Report provides a consolidated view of an individual user’s learning progress across modules and learning pathways over a selected period. It helps administrators and authorized team roles understand what content has been published to a user, what has been completed, and the current completion status at both module and pathway levels.

2. When to Use

  • When you want to review a single user’s learning progress in detail.

  • When tracking module-level and pathway-level completion for audits or reviews.

  • When comparing published versus completed learning items for a specific user.

  • When downloading or sharing user-specific learning reports.

5. Set Up Guide

  1. Navigate to Home from the left menu.

  2. Click Reports in the navigation menu.

  3. Under the Content section, select User Journey Report.

  4. In the Select User field, choose the required user from the list.

  5. Select a value in Select Published Date to define the publication time range.

  6. Select a value in Select Completed Date to define the completion time range.

  7. Click Reset if you want to clear the selected filters and start again.

  8. Review the User Info section displayed below the filters.

  9. View the Module Completion Status section to analyze published and completed modules using graph or bar chart views.

  10. Scroll down to review module-level details under Completed and Not Completed tabs.

  11. Click See All to view the complete list of modules for the user.

  12. Click Selected Columns to choose the fields required in the report.

  13. Select the required fields and click Save Changes.

  14. Click Download to export the report based on the selected columns.

  15. Scroll further to review Pathway Completion Status.

  16. Switch between Priority Pathway and Overall Pathway tabs to view pathway-level details.

  17. Use See All, Selected Columns, and Download options to view and export pathway data as required.

6. User View

After selecting the user and filters, the page displays the user’s profile information, module completion trends, detailed module status, and pathway completion details. Users with access can visually switch between graph and bar chart views and review completion information without making any configuration changes.

7. Reporting

  • Module Completion Status: Shows the number of modules published versus completed for the selected user over time.

  • Module Details Table: Displays module name, published date, completion percentage, completed date, and completion status.

  • Pathway Completion Status: Shows published versus completed pathways using graphical views.

  • Priority Pathway Report: Displays priority-based pathways with completion details.

  • Overall Pathway Report: Displays all assigned pathways and their completion status.

  • Reports can be downloaded using the Download option after selecting required columns.

8. Best Practices

  • Always select both published and completed date ranges for accurate analysis.

  • Use Selected Columns to download only relevant data fields.

  • Review both module and pathway sections for a complete understanding of user progress.

  • Use graph views for trend analysis and table views for detailed verification

    A: No, the User Journey Report is designed for one user at a time.
