FAQs
Why isn't my form in the list? Only published forms can be synced.
Do new submissions appear automatically? Yes, on the next scheduled sync — or click Resync for instant updates.
Can I edit synced data in Vantage? No, it's overwritten on every sync. Use View Data to inspect only.
What if I unpublish the form? Already-synced data stays; new submissions stop coming in.
Can multiple forms share one data source? No. Each form is its own source — use relationships to combine them.
