Single Module Completion Report

1. Overview

The Single Module Completion Report provides detailed insightsvisibility into how users arehave engagingengaged with and completed a specific trainingmodule, module.including Itcompletion helpsstatus, administratorsactivity trends, scores, ratings, and learning object–level details, with views available at both company and team leads understand module delivery, user participation, completion status, scores, and feedback for a selected module over a defined time period.

This report supports both organization-level visibility and team-level monitoring, enabling better tracking of learning effectiveness and follow-ups where required.levels.

Use this report when you want to:

  • Learning Object Report:: IndividualItem-level completion data for videos, PDFs, quizzes, or other content items within athe modulemodule.

  • Attribute FilterFilters:: Filters report data based onusing user attributes such as department or manager email.

  • Column Selection: Controls which fields appear in the downloaded report.

  • Report Sharing: Allows controlled sharing of report access with selected users.

4. SetupSet Up Guide

Navigation Path

From the main menu:

    1. GoOpen tothe Reports section from the Mega Bar navigation menu.

    2. UnderNavigate to the Content, selectsection within Reports.

    3. Select Single Module Completion Report from the list of available reports.

  • Download module completion data in report format

  • Use Selected Columns to customize report fields before downloading

Column Selection
  • Supports selecting fields from:

    • User details (name, email, designation, etc.)

    • Content details (module name, skill, language, tags)

    • Completion details (status, score, time spent, ratings, comments)

  • Selected settings can be savedaccessed forfrom futureReports use

Share Report
  • Share module reports by selecting:

    • Module(s)

    • User(s)

7. Best Practices

  • Use attribute filters to narrow downdata specificto relevant user groupsgroups.

  • Customize report columns before downloading forto cleaneravoid reportsunnecessary data.

  • Use the Team tab for follow-upsrole-based bymonitoring managers,rather trainers,than andcompany-wide mentors

  • Share reports only with relevant stakeholdersanalysis.

Q: Why am I not able to see the Team tab?
A: The Team tab is visible only if the user is assigned as a Manager, Trainer, or Mentor.

Q: Why is no data displayed?
A: Check if the selected module has been delivered and consumed during the chosen time range.

Q: Can I download only selected fields?
A: Yes, use the Selected Columns option before downloading.
